Fraud and Recovery TPA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud and Recovery TPA Analyst to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our Claims organization, you will play a critical role in managing our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) relationships and ensuring the effective delivery of our Fraud and Recovery services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a standard procedure for TPA reviews in North America, ensuring consistency and quality in our Fraud and Recovery activities.
- Work closely with the Global F&R TPA Lead and NAM Claims TPA Governance team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage stakeholders across different territories and cultures, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Define key metrics and KPIs to track and review TPA performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Carry out ongoing TPA quality, performance, and expense control reviews, reporting back to Fraud & Recovery COE and Claims Leadership.
- Create and maintain a detailed TPA tracker, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- 5+ years of experience in TPA/Vendor management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of Fraud and Recovery services, including KPIs and indicators.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
