About This Role

Bowlero Corp is seeking an exceptional Event Manager to join its team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that exceed client expectations. With a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences, you will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to create seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host special events and manage a team of event hosts.
  • Oversee the setup of event areas and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Work with the Sales and Operations teams to create a seamless event experience.
  • Make personal connections with clients and ensure their guests' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize client feedback to continuously improve event satisfaction.
  • Manage the event staff and schedule events effectively.
  • Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

About You

You are an event professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You have a proven track record of managing teams and leading events. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of management experience.
  • 2+ years of banquet captain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industries.
  • Broad knowledge of event planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software.
  • Knowledge of POS register systems.
