    • Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers; process transactions; work hands-on in the physical area; maintain accurate inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards; report TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas; complete paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures; identify member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions; and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador
    • Be a brand advocate by valuing the member's experience in the TBC area and modeling high-quality service and products; develop, influence, and inspire others for working in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented; understand the roadblocks and assist in training team members.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Auto service industry experience.
  • Retail experience.
