Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of printing equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to printers, copiers, and other printing peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of printing equipment.
  • Document service activities, including parts used, time spent, and issues resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a service technician in the printing industry or related field.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical systems.
