Dedicated Tanker Truck Driver Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated tanker truck driver to join our team at Schneider. As a dedicated tanker truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling liquid chemical freight with tanker trailers. This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule.
**Responsibilities**
* Haul liquid chemical freight with tanker trailers
* Average pay: $1,440-$1,760 weekly
* Home time: Weekly
* Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
**Overview**
* Haul 4 loads per week
* Enjoy a change of pace from driving to unload freight
**Pay and Bonus Potential**
* Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
* Weekly performance pay
* $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
* Paid orientation
* Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
**Qualifications**
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
* Live within 75 miles of Saint Paul, MN
* Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement required at time of hire
* Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
