We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Buddig. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise employees in the production department, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
- Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help employees achieve their full potential.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and documentation, including production records, quality control reports, and safety incident reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a production supervisor role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
