Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance history.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • First shift schedule.
  • 8 AM - 4 PM work hours.
