Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Personnel Recovery Instructor III to join our team at Olgoonik Corporation. As a key member of our security training team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and presenting training courses on personnel recovery tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure personnel recovery best practices are implemented across the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our security personnel.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest personnel recovery techniques, methods, and best practices to ensure our training programs are current and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and facilitating interagency discussion and operations-based exercises.
  • Minimum 5 years of instructor experience, with a focus on security training.
  • Advanced knowledge of security concepts, principles, and practices, including terrorism and anti-terrorism operations.
  • Ability to analyze and predict situations to ensure training is conducted in a safe manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of a recognized instructor development training course.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and course development.
Security Clearance:

Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TOP SECRET clearance.

Work Environment:

Office environment with occasional travel to other areas within and outside the United States.
