Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals and targets
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Educate customers on our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Perform administrative tasks, including goal tracking and reporting
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability
Compensation:

Combined total is about $16-$20 hourly / ($18.29 per hour plus commission)
