As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals, and recommending products that help them look and feel their best. You will also be expected to demonstrate product application, stay current with beauty trends, and deliver exceptional client service. Additionally, you will participate in sales and promotional events, provide BOPIS and client service, and maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, providing excellent service to clients.
- Provide BOPIS and client service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and beauty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
