The Work Order Administrator plays a crucial role in assisting the CMMS Team by understanding and addressing the needs of the organization through the SchoolDude platform. This position is pivotal in ensuring that various departments effectively utilize Maintenance Management Software to align with their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical and administrative guidance for school facilities management.

2. Collaborate with the CMMS team to identify and address the organization's requirements from SchoolDude.

3. Analyze departmental work order inefficiencies and propose solutions.

4. Engage with multiple departments to support their unique operational needs.

5. Assist in managing work order tasks, including the creation and updating of emergency and contractor work orders based on various inputs.

6. Maintain an advanced understanding of relevant application programs such as MaintenanceDirect, InventoryDirect, PMDirect, Capital Forecast, and Asset Essentials.

7. Oversee the management of work orders to ensure accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolution.

8. Facilitate the reassignment and scheduling of work orders as necessary.

9. Review and maintain data integrity within the SchoolDude system.

10. Provide software training to end users and new administrators, acting as a liaison for system-related issues.

11. Participate in special projects with the CMMS team, contributing as needed.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience.

- Familiarity with standard work processes and customer service principles.

- Experience in facilities management and asset oversight is advantageous.

- Proficient in technical computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel.

- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Capable of quickly understanding work order practices and processes, analyzing issues, and implementing effective solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders.

This position is full-time and eligible for benefits.
