Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Trinitas Ventures, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for residents and guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness and organization of interior and exterior spaces
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Uphold Trinitas Core Values: Develop with Purpose & Passion, Act with Extreme Ownership, and Do the Right Thing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and valid Driver's License
- Proficient oral and written communication and math skills
- Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements, OSHA standards, and other environmental safety standards
- Experience in maintenance/repairs for multi-family or commercial property (student housing experience and certificates preferred)
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to maintain 24-hour on-call status, operate a two-axle motor vehicle, lift up to 100 lbs. and operate all necessary tools/equipment to perform the essential functions of the position
