About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team at Beehive Industries. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and supporting full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing and Propulsion Engineering roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various networking channels and social media platforms.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates for specific skill sets required for critical roles.
  • Manage candidates who apply through our applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Enhance the organization's brand by promoting its values, culture, and career opportunities through various channels.
  • Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand our talent pool.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, with 3+ years in the aviation and aerospace industry.
  • Preferred experience in dynamic, fast-paced, growing organizations.
  • Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
  • A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while effectively working together as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
  • Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently.
