We are currently seeking a Facilities Superintendent to join our team at Monadnock Property Management, where you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 100-unit family residence.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and carrying out janitorial, life safety, repairs/maintenance, and tenant services according to owner directives and NYC Housing Maintenance code.

  • You will also be required to supervise a porter and evaluate their work performance, providing necessary supervision, training, motivation, and assistance when needed.
  • An additional responsibility will be responding to work order requests from residents and the Property Manager to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $54,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience. Additionally, you will receive a free 2-bedroom apartment, utilities included, and comprehensive health insurance.
