**About the Role**

As a Facilities Superintendent at Monadnock Property Management, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our 100-unit family residence.

Reporting directly to the on-site Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the building, ensuring that all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and tenant services are carried out efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a porter to carry out interior and exterior maintenance tasks
  • Manage and perform preventative maintenance services
  • Assist with the development of the annual maintenance/service budget
  • Obtain competitive quotes for work to be performed by outside vendors

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of comparable work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of property management software

**Benefits:**
