About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the US Federal National Security division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in the Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet regularly with national security executives and mission owners to understand their mission requirements.
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community, including DoD IC elements.
  • Sales or business development experience in the US Federal government with a track record of quota attainment.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the geospatial, aerospace, or satellite industry.
  • Experience in technical project management, leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding of ML lifecycle, including trained, customized, tuned, and validated ML models.
  • Formal sales training in Value Selling, Challenger, or similar sales methodology.
  • Certifications in Amazon Web Services, including Cloud Practitioner, Machine Learning, and/or Solutions Architect.
