Empire Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

Cascade Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Officer to join our team. As a key member of our personnel administration, you will be responsible for processing all personnel matters, from hiring to termination of employment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel administration, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement job descriptions and evaluations
  • Design employment contracts and advise employees on collective bargaining, labor, social security, and tax law
  • Conduct personnel administration using SAP/HR and handle reporting obligations
  • Create statistics and manage travel and expense accounting

Your Profile:

  • Completed training in administration, personnel, or commercial field
  • Professional experience in public administration
  • Knowledge of public collective bargaining law (TVöD), social security and tax law, and labor law (TzBf)
