Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards, and engaging customers on benefits of our rewards program.
- Store Recovery: Participate in merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, and support shrink and safety programs.
- Teamwork: Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to our organization's vision and values.
Requirements:
- Retail and Customer Service Experience: Preferred experience in retail and customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
