About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
  • Assess patient conditions and prepare them for exams, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Administer contrast agents and other substances as needed to enhance diagnostic results.
  • Review patient charts and requests with radiologists to ensure accurate and effective exams.
  • Quality control images, maintain inventory, and adhere to safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in computed tomography or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • ARRT Computed Tomography Technician certification.
  • Texas MRT License.
