Position: Guest Service Team Member
Job Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest is greeted with warmth and provided with outstanding service in alignment with our Hospitality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests promptly and with enthusiasm upon their arrival.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings and daily specials.
- Process all transactions accurately, including takeout and catering orders.
- Comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain appropriate hygiene and adhere to the dress code.
- Implement guest satisfaction protocols effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs and frequent lifting of items up to 20 lbs.
