Job Summary

As a Summer Associate in our Consumer Banking team, you will play a key role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility. Your responsibilities will include participation in drafting sessions, new business proposals, due diligence meetings, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios, and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock. You will work on every aspect of the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of M&A and financing transactions, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis.
  • Assist with preparing standard and tailored presentations and pitches to clients.
  • Collaborate with Senior Bankers to develop factual and accurate information that's presented to the client.
  • Seek opportunities for development through the job itself, through special assignments, training, or external activities.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be currently enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program. Alternatively, any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources will be considered. You must also be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
