Senior Contract Administrator

Scientific Systems Company, Inc. (SSCI) is a growing company focused on research and development, as well as transition for Military customers. We are based in Burlington, MA and are looking for a motivated and experienced Contract Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of corporate contracting policy, as well as overseeing the administration of all customer, subcontractor, and strategic partner contracts. Key responsibilities include developing solid working relationships with senior Program Managers, technical teams, financial teams, and executive management teams, as well as briefings and contractual guidance.
We require the ability to interpret and apply understanding of FAR, statutes, and U.S. Government regulations in managing agreements and contracts. Experience with SBIR and/or DARPA contracts, juris doctor or MBA degree, and current ACTIVE Secret security clearance are preferred but not required.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a bonus plan, 401K, and health, life, and disability insurance.
Responsibilities- Report to the Director of Contracts, responsible for overall management of corporate contracting policy.
- Oversee the administration of all customers, subcontractors, and strategic partner contracts.
