Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties in the Santa Rosa, CA region. This is a Full-Time, Hourly role, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, offering comprehensive benefits.

Compensation:
The pay rate is $27.00 per hour, in addition to a complete benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the maintenance and repair of facilities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
2. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate their activities to maintain high standards.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
4. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within property management or facilities maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
