About the Position
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll work closely with our team to attract, retain, and develop our most valuable asset - our employees. Your passion for partnering with leaders to engage associates at all levels will help drive business success.
- Partner with leaders to engage associates and achieve business goals.
- Support all aspects of new employee onboarding, including 3rd party staffing, interview scheduling, and facilitating pre-employment testing.
- Manage badge access and program access for employees.
- Communicate effectively with employees via the digital communication board.
- Utilize exceptional consulting, coaching, ethics, and business acumen skills.
About You
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience are required.
