Branch Manager

At Sunset Finance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring that all policies and procedures are carried out effectively, and maintaining communication between staff and upper management.

1. Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve company production standards.
2. Ensure all reports and records are prepared and submitted on time, and that all correspondence from the home office is acknowledged and responded to promptly.
3. Train employees on company policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support as needed.
4. Approve and close all loans, increases, and delinquent accounts.
5. Handle customer inquiries and disputes, and protect customer information.
6. Minimize expenses and make decisions that promote efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have previous manager experience in the finance industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

The Branch Manager will work in a primarily sedentary environment, with no special demands required.
