  • Engage potential clients by accurately and courteously addressing inquiries related to products (such as devices, features, data plans, etc.) and services, while recommending additional offerings based on customer needs.
  • Manage customer accounts by inputting data into the billing system, confirming eligibility for activation, processing account modifications, and handling payments.
  • Address product or service-related issues by understanding the customer's concern, identifying the root cause, selecting the most effective resolution, facilitating corrections or adjustments, and ensuring follow-up for complete resolution.
  • Uphold quality standards across all job functions, including handling incoming calls, maintaining documentation, and updating records in the system.
  • Safeguard customer trust and protect company integrity by ensuring the confidentiality of all customer accounts and proprietary information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; a 2 or 4-year degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to think quickly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, lifting, sitting, and standing, as well as the capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
