About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients manage and mitigate risks associated with their business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide high-level support to clients and team members on matters related to risk management, including assessing risk-related matters and making recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, including safety and prevention program reviews, site observations, and client interviews, to identify trends and opportunities for risk improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the design and implementation of risk management strategies and programs for clients, including the development of client-specific risk control key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and their insurers to establish mutual beneficial objectives and provide alternative risk control solutions where necessary.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to clients on risk management best practices and provide access to resources and tools to help them improve their risk management capabilities.
  • Project Management: Use project management skills to ensure goals and objectives are aligned with services delivered to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in commercial lines account management or claims industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of underwriting and insurance coverages, as well as agency management systems, database software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
  • Licenses: Current Property & Casualty license preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
