Job Summary

Champion Home Builders Inc is seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in the Leola, PA facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building manufactured housing and performing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor on the production line, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Read and use tape measures, blueprints, and orders to complete tasks accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operate hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training may be considered.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired.
  • Ability to work quickly and methodically, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
