About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to lead our development efforts for the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing operating systems-level software, conducting vulnerability analysis and reverse engineering, and applying software engineering principles to ensure the highest level of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and design operating systems-level software solutions
  • Conduct vulnerability analysis and reverse engineering of software
  • Apply software engineering principles to ensure continuous validation and product control
  • Manage a team of developers, engineers, system administrators, and network engineers
Requirements
  • Programming experience in C, C++, Python, Java, or other relevant languages
  • Reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis skills
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field, and 10+ years of experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI
Desired Skills
  • Experience in Command and Control (C2) systems
  • Experience with SBIRS or OPIR architectures
  • Full stack development skills, including database and SQL knowledge
  • Cloud computing experience
  • Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification
