Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, progress updates, and referrals to relevant products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using technology to manage workflows, track progress, and analyze data.
