We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in guiding developers on the configuration, coding, testing, and deployment of Adobe Experience Platform solutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data management platforms.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in database management, data engineering, or data management solutions

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong project management skills and fluency in English are also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements
  • Designing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to meet client needs
  • Developing and implementing AEP solutions such as RTCDP and configuring its capabilities
  • Assisting clients in defining their data strategy, including data collection, management, and governance practices
  • Building data models and configuring data schemas in AEP
  • Applying data quality rules and validating data quality
  • Leveraging AEP's APIs and SDKs to stream data from different application connectors
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and building strong relationships

Your estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
