Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, driving repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level electrical project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred but not required.
