Job Description

Reimagined Parking is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Transaction Processing: Process written transaction requests from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and strong attention to detail.
  • Software Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Office.
