Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $42,000 and $45,600, based on a part-time schedule with an hourly rate of $20.00 - $21.36. In addition to competitive compensation, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including free passes for skiing and snowboarding, employee discounts on lodging, food, gear, and mountain shuttles, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Responsibilities
As a Childcare Attendant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children ages infant to 6 years. This includes feeding, sleeping, and diapering, as well as engaging in various activities such as art, story time, games, and outside play. You will maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment while complying with childcare rules and regulations. Effective communication with parents and coworkers is essential in ensuring the well-being of the children.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and attention to detail. You should have experience working with children and changing diapers, as well as being able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently throughout the day. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
