Corporate Sales Director

Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will play a vital role in building and capitalizing on the momentum of our franchise, while continually building relationships and laying the foundation for long-term success.
This role will report to Temerity Baseball's Chief Revenue Officer and Cannon Ballers General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the corporate sponsorship team with high-volume outbound sales efforts, game day duties, partnership reports, and event coordination.
- Outbound sales efforts for advertising and corporate partnerships for Cannon Ballers Games and additional special events.
- Assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation Team with generating partner recap reports.
- Work events to assist the department with game day responsibilities.
- Coordinate partner-related assets and schedules with other department members.
- Work with the marketing team to provide high-level customer service and visibility to all corporate partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum (2) years of previous sales experience.
- Preferred - Minimum (2) years of corporate partnership activation experience.
- Preferred - Experience in Minor League Baseball or other professional sports.
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university or college.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders, and other senior executives.
- Demonstrated professional sales presentation skills.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required.
Training and Development:
All team members within the Cannon Ballers Sales Department are provided with ongoing and comprehensive training.
