Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a Confectionary Craftsman, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of sweet treats that delight our guests.

• Production and Decorating: Ensure the production and decorating of all baked and finished goods meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and requisition additional stock as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate baking and finishing equipment, following all necessary preventative measures to ensure a clean food preparation area.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.

• Education and Experience: Previous baking training and/or experience, with a strong understanding of baking principles and techniques.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow English written instruction for the operation of baking and finishing equipment, and a strong attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stretch, and twist, and stand for long periods of time.
