Key Responsibilities- Implementing Physician Orders: Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
- Patient Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered, applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Primary and Emergency Care: Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Leadership and Guidance: Direct and guide ancillary personnel, maintaining standards of professional nursing and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
