Job Title: Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner with GreenLife Healthcare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
  • Experience in family medicine or primary care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
