  • Level 2 Support and Communication: Provide Level 2 support to Systems Administrators and Helpdesk Technicians, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
  • ITIL Compliance and Documentation: Ensure ITIL compliance, maintaining accurate inventories, documentation, and change management processes.
  • Procedure Development and Improvement: Document and improve internal procedures, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Issue Resolution and Support: Resolve desktop, printer, network, server, and application issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manufacturing Technology Support: Manage manufacturing technologies such as wireless barcode scanners and label printers, ensuring seamless integration and support.
  • New User Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new users, ensuring a smooth transition and effective training.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant subject matter.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of equivalent experience in an IT/Desktop Support role.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, experience with desktop management platforms, imaging, software deployment, and related technologies.
  • Certifications: MCSE or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly self-motivated and directed, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours and weekend work, and participate in standard maintenance of Windows operating systems.
