Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our Occupational Health team at Premier Health Partners. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Schedule patient appointments and register patients in the clinic database
  • Order necessary patient services, such as lab and radiology testing
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones and greeting clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of a certificate or diploma from an accredited school
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and processes
  • Basic administrative skills, including typing, filing, and use of office equipment
