Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and prepare loan documents, including closing documents, payment schedules, and other related materials.
  • Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with loan operations staff to ensure seamless processing and delivery of loan documents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience in loan processing or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of Premier Navigator or similar loan processing software preferred.
