General Superintendent/Project Manager
Summary:
At Emcor Inc, we are a multi-craft company that focuses on the needs of our customers by providing multi-trades personnel to meet the customer's unique job requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools, conforming to local building codes.
Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete structures, using hand tools or power tools including floats, trowels, and screeds.
Operate Skid steer, backhoes, and mini excavators.
Perform construction duties in Heavy Commercial and Industrial environments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
