Hospital Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Medical Facility Lead to join our team at Parkslope. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee a team of 8 housekeepers within our medical facility. With excellent customer communication skills and a positive can-do attitude, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of sanitizing procedures.
Responsibilities- Staff Scheduling and Management: Coordinate and manage staff scheduling, as well as respond to call-outs to ensure seamless operations.
- New Team Member Training: Train new housekeeping members according to company guidelines.
- Collaboration with Facility Director: Work closely with the facility director to maintain the highest standards of sanitizing procedures and results.
- Financial Management: Oversee a monthly budget that includes payroll and supply expenses.
- A minimum of 3 years' recent experience in a lead role managing within a medical setting.
- Recent experience in medical housekeeping is required.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
