Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed organization, ISHR. This role is vital in delivering exceptional respiratory care to our patients.
- Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
- Location: Burlington, VT
- Compensation: $55,000 to $85,000 annually
- Incentives: $5,000 to $10,000 bonus based on experience
- Relocation Assistance: Partial support available
- Travel Requirements: No travel necessary
Essential Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Vermont.
- Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Care program.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification from the NBRC to be obtained within one year of employment.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience Level: We welcome applications from both new graduates and seasoned professionals.
Sign-On Incentive: External candidates may qualify for a one-time sign-on bonus:
- $5,000 for those with less than three years of relevant experience.
- $10,000 for candidates with three or more years of relevant experience.
