Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Source Code. As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will provide professional respiratory care to patients in varying states of health and illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Provide and oversee delivery of patient care for adult ICU populations and all patients requiring respiratory care
- Must be able to physically respond quickly to emergent situations and endure repetitive physical movement
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Vermont
- Graduate of an AMA-approved program for Respiratory Care (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC within one year of hire date
- Current ACLS, BLS & PALS
What We Offer:
- Sign on bonus: $5,000 to $10,000 depending upon years of experience

Work Environment:
Shifts are for 12 hours and go from either 7 am 7 pm or 7 pm 7 am. There are three shifts a week for a total of 72 hours per pay period. Staff work every other weekend and rotate holidays.
This position requires the ability to remain standing for the majority of the shift and serves patients over a wide variety of areas.
