Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and program machinery to produce high-quality parts and products.
  • Identify and select the appropriate materials for production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Utilize precision measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
  • Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate part production.
  • Lift and move heavy objects (50lb+) with proper safety protocols in place.
  • Load material into position using cranes when necessary, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Grind edges of material to precise specifications, maintaining high-quality finishes.
  • Inspect cut products to ensure accuracy and quality, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Work efficiently and safely to meet production deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Assist coworkers as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented approach and a commitment to collaboration.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors, contributing to the overall success of the team.
