About the Role

F&M Trust is seeking a skilled Loan Servicing Construction Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. This individual will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to tracking and monitoring construction projects within the commercial segment. Key responsibilities include completing spreadsheets and advancing for land acquisition, infrastructure, and vertical construction, as well as ensuring the receipt of insurance, permits, and other pertinent information relative to the project. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for updating commitments, letters of credit, and collateral data on the core operating system.

Location

This position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. A hybrid working arrangement is available after a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, with a willingness to use technology in the role.
  • Minimum of 5 years administrative experience or a combination of education and experience normally required.
  • Working knowledge of bank legal documents required.
  • Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment also required.
  • Highly attentive to details and organized.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work independently.
