Coordinating culinary services with other related departments. Managing the department budget and forecasts, ensuring proper documentation of expenditures and adherence to policy. Assuming administrative authority and accountability for supervising the Culinary Services Department. Promoting hospitality and outstanding customer service in every interaction with guests, their families, and visitors. Through positive communication and encouragement, you will foster a healthy environment conducive to healing and thriving. Collaborating with the dietitian to ensure quality nutritional services. Ensuring adequate food supply levels are maintained. Ordering supplies in a cost-effective manner as needed. Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and, in collaboration with the Administrator, ordering replacements as necessary. Developing and managing the department budget.

Qualifications to join our exceptional team:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Dietary Manager Certification (CDM) A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a food service department; experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care. A team-oriented mindset, dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving team goals.
