Cocktail Specialist

This role involves taking drink orders, crafting a variety of classic and innovative cocktails, providing recommendations for wines and beers, and upholding the cleanliness of the bar area consistently.

• Manage inventory by ordering necessary bar supplies, tracking stock levels of wine, liquor, and beer, and ensuring a sufficient supply of glassware while alerting management of any shortages.
• Process customer orders and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including completing side work for both opening and closing shifts.
• Ensure all customer tabs are settled and accurately record daily sales totals in the point of sale system.
• Verify patrons' ages through identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
