Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team at The Judge Group. As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for creating search areas within your geographic area of responsibility and working with the performance team to understand area and issues within your sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement search area strategies to optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with the performance team to identify and resolve issues affecting system performance
  • Work with System Performance counterparts to understand issues and help reduce Lost Calls and Ineffective Attempts within your sector
  • Perform radio engineering evaluation for system planning and site acquisition
  • Identify location-specific needs for new cells, considering baseline, performance, capacity, and population factors
  • Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage cells
